The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration was interested in changing the image of their Fisheries branch. NOAA Fisheries is responsible for regulating and controlling the marine life in the waters around the United States. This brochure was designed to educate people on the duties of NOAA Fisheries and demonstrate the benefits.
